 Milk cooling tanks were constructed and manufactured in Poland. They have functionally and aesthetic advantages and very good technical-used specification. We score these advantages thanks a good construction of milk cooling tanks and precision of all manufactured elements.
The milk cooling tanks are designed for pre-cooling of milk and other liquid food articles with density by 1100 kg/m3. The maximum time of cooling of one milking is 2,5 hours from 35°C temperature to 4°C at the ambient temperature. The milk cooling tanks work in the direct cooling system as follows the milk is cooled directly by evaporator that is placed on the bottom of tank. All elements of milk cooling tanks are made with stainless steel because they are in contact with cooled products. The tank has got a isothermal insulation with polyurethane foam made by foaming method. The milk cooling tanks are fitted with refrigerating units, worked on the ecological R404 refrigerant.
The milk cooling tanks are made with compliance with PN-91/A-55557 and ISO 5708-1983 Standard
